REFUND POLICY

Seminar Cancellations

Tuition will be refunded for all Wired For Success seminars if a notice of cancellation is received in writing by American Orthodontics more than 14 days prior to the event. Notice of cancellation received within the 14-day window are non-refundable. In order to cancel a paid registration to a Wired For Success seminar, send an email with your name, mailing address, telephone number and the seminar for which you are requesting a refund of tuition to the following email address: wired@americanortho.com

If a seminar is cancelled by American Orthodontics or any of it's partners for any reason, all tuition that was paid in advance will be refunded.

Credit Card Refunds

Tuition paid by credit card will be refunded back to the original credit card that was used to register for a Wired For Success seminar. Please allow 4-5 days for the refund to be applied back to the credit card.
